Some Counties are too large and produce too many leads, and therefore we entertain splitting it up into regions or zip codes. We want to work with one qualified partner that has the ability to dominate a certain county, and we’ll give you exclusive rights to this technology, in that county.

Lease prices will vary on a county by county basis based on Population, Median Sales Price, Average Number of Homes for Sale in the County and our ability to estimate the number of open houses and potential leads. You can expect pricing from $3,000 (and up) per county, with few rural counties being less than that.

Through this effort, we’re aiming to produce a Cost Per Funded Loan (CPFL) of anywhere between $150 – $500 per loan, which is an incredible industry metric.

Setup time is about 30-60 days, depending on MLS Approval.
